This jacket is actually a light grey color, which is exactly what I was looking for. It\'s super comfortable and incredibly warm. I love it!

Everyone knows how awesome and fast Zappos shipping is, so I'll skip that. I love this jacket! I never wear winter coats, in Michigan you can leave your house in Winter and come back home in Spring. This is that jacket you can wear all the time, it's warm enough to go from car to store without getting cold, but not so bulky that you need to take it off when you get inside. A little expensive, but I don't think I'll ever have to replace it because of wear and tear.

My daughter loves the jacket! And I love Zappos.com! They have the fastest service and I believe most shipping is free. How can you beat that??

I bought this Denali jacket for my youngest teenage daughter and she wears it like a second skin. She loves the comfort and I love that it washes well and does not seem to show wear. We have purchased various North Face jackets over the last three years. I have so much confidence in North Face quality, that this is the fourth North Face jacket I have purchased for my teens and all four are still being worn! The service and the shipping speed from Zappos is phenomenal!! Zappos customer service is the best I have ever encountered for an on line company.

This is a product hat I had wanted for years and considered to be a splurge. I wish I had treated myself to it earlier! It is very warm and not too bulky. It hasn't been through the wash yet but it seems fairly durable. I wear a size 12 and ordered the size large. It fits comfortably- not too snug. I wound up ordering a second one for my husband as soon as he saw mine.

I love this jacket. It fits me perfectly and is warm. The solid dark color is slimming. I feel that North Face is a little pricey, but the jacket appears to be well made.

Awesome Jacket!!! Very warm and cuddly. Durable and stylish, yet incredibly functional. I love North Face, have multiple jackets made by them, and this is by far my favorite one! Zappos is such an awesome company and I try and give as much business as I can to them. Zappos rocks!

This lightweight coat packs a lot of warmth! The quality of the stitching and material is of the highest. Styling is very chic and all the teenagers love this jacket.

I bought this jacket for my 18-year old daughter for Christmas and she loves it. She wears it as a coat and the temps have been in the 20s at times and she hasn't complained at all. It washes very easily.
